Eat lunch here a few days ago. The food here was amazing. The service was even better and the ambience is just a friendly place to go and Eat. The owner comes out and introduces himself to you and thank you for coming to do business with them. Comes out again later and ask you if you'd like refills on your drinks And make sure that what you had for your meal was above satisfactory. Went on the West End of El Cajon make sure you give them a try.

Yelp saved the day once again. I was picking up lunch for the family I was visiting and was told that great aunt likes her salads. There was no line and felt like I was in and out of there with the salads in under 10 minutes. Thai salad was great and very filling. Ingredients felt very fresh and farmers market quality veggies. I will be back again.

Wow, I'm impressed. I called in an order for the double cheeseburger and a chicken plate and the woman who took my order was very friendly and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I turned in to the parking lot in exactly 15 minutes of placing my order and what chaos of cars looking for parking spots. I somehow got lucky from all the cars circling around to find parking that I nabbed the 15 minute spot right in front of Crafted Greens. Walked in and the staff were friendly and prompt. They seem to be very busy but still only took 1 minutes to pay and be on my way. Got home and took a bite of my cheeseburger and wow. Delicious!It was juicy and cooked perfect. The homemade chips were crunchy and perfectly salted.I ate every single bite of the burger and chips because it was so good. Will definitely return again, just wish there were more parking spots available.

Late Post: 10-27-24/10-28-24 This was my first time coming here. It was a little intimidating but not hard to understand. You can either choose one of their salads or a plate with either hot or chilled sides and a choice of protein and they also have sandwiches and soups too. This restaurant can be located in the Harvest Ranch Market shopping center. This shopping area has a pretty big parking lot so you shouldn't have a hard time finding parking. They have a few tables inside and outside. My friend ordered the mediterranean chop chop salad with their grilled steak. I tried some of it and loved the steak. The salad was also not overly dressed. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with the grilled chicken. The chicken was not dry and had a lot of good flavor. I LOVED my salad! The beets went so well with the goat cheese and the chicken was seasoned perfectly. My fave was the steak though. The salads came with a slice of grilled focacia bread. I have two dates on here because I enjoyed it so much, I ordered again through Postmates the next day. For the delivery, I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with steak and the steak plate with mushrooms and brussel sprouts. The hot sides were sooo good. Safe to say everything here is probably going to be great and I can't wait to go back and try their other items. Need to come back soon. Highly recommend. Please run over there!

This was our first time here and it will not be our last. The food was so delicious, fresh, large portions, great value. Perfect for those with food allergies, clean and a large offering. Was really happy with the service. Lemonades were good also.

I love this place! My love for salads has definitely turned after I started eating here. I have tried their sides but I don't think its worth it for the price. Plus their salads are big so you will probably be happy with just that. The burger is also very good. The best part is that they use free range chicken, grass fed beef and sustainable salmon. Top 3 salads I recommend: 1. Mediterrenean Chop Chop (picture is this salad with salmon) 2. Beet and Goat Cheese 2. Autumn Pear Every time I have been here, the service is exceptional. Very welcoming and friendly. The owner will always ask if you're doing well and the rest of the staff is the same. They have indoor and outdoor shaded seating and both complement the vibes. If you go during lunch, parking may be difficult but anytime before or after that, you should be fine. The only thing that I did notice, which is why I have not been as often as I used to, is the increase in their salad prices, but that might be everywhere.

Big portions, fresh options and great service. Highlight was that the steak was cooked really well and they didn't skimp on the sides and proteins. We got a salad and a steak plate for dinner. I got the Avocobbo salad, added chicken and got bleu cheese on the side. The chicken had some juicy pieces and some were a little over. I got the carrot orange ginger juice and it was fine, a little watered down for my personal preferences but I know to ask for less ice next time. For first timers like me, you order, grab a number and sit down. Staff bring you your food and even refilled our water. You can leave your dishes on the table and they clean it up after. Don't forget to tip! Great local spot with healthy fresh food and we will be back. Parking in the plaza and seating inside and on the covered patio.

Crafted Greens is a great healthy American food restaurant with many different options to choose from. I found this place on the Yelp Top 100 list and knew I had to try it. When you walk in you can see the food being freshly made in front of you. There are a variety of options including salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, and plates. It is pretty similar to restaurants like TenderGreens and Lemonade but I like this place much better. Its more of a fast casual than a sit-down. You order upfront and they bring the food out to you. The workers are nice and helpful. I ended up getting the salmon plate with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were roasted well with a nice balsamic vinaigrette over it which was tasty. Potatoes were well seasoned and enjoyable. The highlight for me has to be the salmon. The flavor was great but the texture was out of this world. It has an amazing crust on both sides but was still nice and soft in the middle. It even had a nice crunch to it. There are way too many things on the menu that I need to come back for and try and I'm excited to see what else they have! Parking in this plaza was not a good time. I went on a Saturday around dinner time and had to park on the street because the lot was very busy.
